By accessing or using the services provided by Dr.Haydar.AI, INC. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through our mobile application or Time.drh.ai dashboard (collectively, "Services"), you, an individual healthcare provider, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to your access and use of the Services and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). You affirm that you are entering into this agreement on your own behalf and not on behalf of any hospital system, institution, or other entity you may be affiliated with. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. User Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for use by licensed healthcare professionals acting in their individual capacity. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed healthcare professional and that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you.

12. General Representation and Warranty

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Services will be in strict accordance with the Company Privacy Policy, with these Terms, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of the Company or by the posting by the Company of a revised version.
